Experience

Bojan Radojičić is the Managing Partner at WTS Porezi i Finansije d.o.o. and the founder of the BojanFin platform, the Corporate Finance Hub community, and the CFO AI Nexus conference.

His work focuses on developing educational programs, tools, and practical content for finance professionals, with a particular emphasis on corporate finance, FP&A, financial modelling, valuation, management reporting, and the application of artificial intelligence within the finance function.

Through BojanFin, Corporate Finance Hub, and CFO AI Nexus, Bojan connects traditional financial expertise with modern technologies and the practical needs of CFOs, FP&A teams, and finance leaders. His goal is to help finance professionals strengthen their analytical capabilities, use data and technology more effectively, and build a more modern and strategically oriented finance function.

Over the course of more than 20 years of professional experience, Bojan has worked across a wide range of finance disciplines, including audit, accounting, FP&A, the CFO function, tax advisory, financial consulting, valuation, M&A support, due diligence, and transfer pricing.

Together with the team he leads, he has participated in more than 200 projects for large corporate groups, multinational companies, and domestic clients.

Education and Professional Development

Bojan holds a master’s degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade. He also completed specialist studies in transfer pricing at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

He continues his professional development through regular participation in international tax, finance, and technology conferences.
