Professional Experience

Darko serves as Head of the External Accounting Department and has extensive experience in providing accounting, tax, and reporting support to domestic and international clients across a variety of industries. His expertise includes the application of accounting and tax regulations, bookkeeping, payroll calculation, financial reporting, and supporting clients in aligning their operations with regulatory requirements. As part of his professional responsibilities, he participates in managing and reviewing the preparation of annual financial statements and corporate income tax returns, as well as providing clients with support in the areas of accounting and tax compliance. His work is characterized by a strong analytical approach and a commitment to continuously improving service quality, with a particular focus on building long-term and trusted client relationships.

Education and Professional Development

Darko holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade, Serbia, with a specialization in Finance, Banking, and Insurance. He continues to develop his professional expertise through active participation in international tax and finance conferences.
