Kristina Danilović is responsible for the preparation of transfer pricing reports, master files, and other mandatory documentation, as well as for identifying risks and proposing strategic solutions in the area of transfer pricing.She has participated in significant projects involving the implementation of IFRS requirements and is also responsible for employee training and professional development. She has extensive experience in finance, taxation, and accounting.Kristina provides tailored solutions to clients by developing a detailed understanding of their business operations, industry, and strategic objectives. She specializes in M&A services, including due diligence, business valuation, and the management of the entire M&A process.She develops robust financial models for planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis, while providing ongoing support to clients in evaluating investment opportunities and making strategic business decisions.

Kristina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade, Serbia, with a specialization in Accounting, Auditing, and Finance.She actively participates in international finance conferences and professional workshops, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise.
