Current responsibilities

Lazar Đurišić is a senior consultant in tax and finance with 6 years of experience in taxation, finance and accounting. His focus is on international corporate tax, transfer pricing, value added tax, and accounting-related tax matters. He is involved in providing tailored tax solutions to multinational and domestic clients, with particular emphasis on ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, while supporting clients in optimizing their financial and tax position.
His working experience includes participation in and coordination of due diligence projects across various industries, including IT, automotive, retail, agriculture, and betting. He has also been involved in VAT advisory, transfer pricing documentation and analysis, corporate income tax matters, and accounting-related tax issues.
He has gained part of his professional experience in a global professional services environment, working on tax advisory, compliance and reporting matters for multinational clients. In addition, he supports selected corporate finance and transaction-related projects, contributing to financial analysis, project coordination and preparation of client-facing deliverables.
Lazar is also actively involved in the implementation of AI-supported solutions in finance, tax and project management processes, with a focus on improving efficiency, analytical quality and internal knowledge-sharing.

Education and professional development

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, Serbia – Module: Microeconomic Analysis. He acquires professional expertise through active involvement at international tax and finance conferences.
