Current responsibilities

Nemanja Trifunović is a Senior Financial Consultant at WTS Porezi i Finansije d.o.o. He supports clients by developing a detailed understanding of their business operations, industry, and strategic objectives in order to provide tailored financial and tax solutions. He advises clients on transfer pricing matters through the preparation of local transfer pricing reports, master files, and other mandatory documentation. He has experience in preparing more than 500 transfer pricing reports. Nemanja is also involved in M&A projects, including due diligence, business valuations, and support throughout the entire M&A process. In addition, he develops financial models that assist clients in making strategic and management decisions. He supports clients in identifying transfer pricing risks, evaluating investment opportunities, and making data-driven decisions. He has five years of experience in financial and tax advisory.

Education and Professional Development

Nemanja graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade, Serbia, with a specialization in Trade Management and Marketing. He continues to develop his professional expertise through active participation in international tax and finance conferences.
